Eric represents recording artists, composers, producers, and other music industry clients as Of Counsel in the firm’s Entertainment Law practice. An avid negotiator, he works closely with clients to develop contractual and IP strategies regarding recording, distribution, publishing, and production agreements.

Eric received his Bachelor of Laws from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and Master in Competition, Innovation and Information Law with focus on Intellectual Property from the New York University School of Law. Eric is admitted to practice law in New York and Mexico.
