Miguel focuses his practice on international business including corporate, transactional and regulatory matters, in addition to intellectual property prosecution and litigation.

Miguel represents clients from a broad range of industries, spanning from commercial, financial, and technology multinationals to individual entrepreneurs.

Miguel received his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico, and Master’s degrees from Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona and Fordham University in New York. Miguel Muñoz is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Mexico.

Miguel frequently participates in international conferences and forums as an expert speaker and has lectured on international business and intellectual property law topics.
