Victoria Guzman is an associate in the Intellectual Property team. Victoria focuses her practice on prosecution and registration of trademarks, specifically in matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Victoria received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara and her Master of Laws from the University of Washington in Seattle. Victoria is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Mexico.

Victoria has completed accredited intellectual property courses such as the USPTO Trademark Bootcamp and WIPO courses on Intellectual Property. Victoria frequently participates in conferences and forums directed by INTA, AIPLA, and ChIPs.
